Installation Instructions
Bedrock
Thankfully, the Bedrock install is far easier than Java. To install the ".mcpack", you must:
Run it.
It's that easy! The ".zip" is a slightly different story. I won't tell you how to install the ".zip" because if you choose it, you probably know what you're doing. Also, the ".mcpack" is just easier, so use that.
Java
Because plain ol' Minecraft Java doesn't allow custom mob models in resource packs, I've had to come up with a solution... OPTIFINE! To use Gexture Pack, you must:
Download and install OptiFine version 1.18.1_HD_U_H5 or greater.
Move the "Gexture Pack" folder into the resource packs folder. The folder can be found by opening Minecraft, going into "Options", going into "Resource Pack", then clicking "Open Pack Folder". Another way to find the folder is to find it manually. It is usually located at "USER\AppData\.minecraft\resourcepacks".
Make sure "Custom Entity Models" is on. This setting is found in "Options", then "Video Settings", then "Quality". Without this, Gex will look like... not tail time!
Set the language to "English (US)". Without this, the pack will still work, but the text will stay saying axolotl.
(Note: The resource pack may say that it is not compatible. This is intentional, as the version is set to 1.20.)
